IQS is truly the worlds only real-time metal building design system, allowing the user complete flexibility to design an almost limitless array of steel building configurations and get an instant price quote along with full elevation drawings. Every time the job is quoted it is saved into the system and it can be accessed from anywhere later. IQS is a completely portable software that can be used on any PC anywhere in the world, if you need remote access and do not have access to the computer IQS was installed on, then you may download the executable to any PC and log in using your username and password.  All your account information, including a complete history of all job revisions and complete system access will be granted to you as if you were using your own computer.
 
IQS allows tweaking the metal building design so the customer can take advantage the most economic design.

Once the customer is satisfied with the building design and the price he can create a purchase order. When acceptable the quote documents must be signed and sent to the dealer. Once the deposit amount mentioned on the purchase order is received along with your signed paperwork, the order is made and placed into scheduling.
