This is a winform/console application. Extract the zip file to C:\MBS\UTIL\BomParser.

Run C:\MBS\UTIL\BomParser\BomParser -h to view command line options.

To run from the commandline instead of opening the Windows application, use --commandline true or --c true

To add this program to the MBS Utilities folder (press x in MBS) edit C:\MBS\DOC2\mbs_pgm.def

You can also add the path C:\MBS\UTIL\BomParser to your enviroment variables if you want to call it from the command line.
